Vehicle Management
Maxima will make sure your vehicles are properly maintained, cleaned, and in perfect working order always. Simply running the vehicle or driving around the neighborhood is required at regular intervals to keep the engine in good working order. Maxima will take care of washing, vacuuming, waxing for whenever you request it. Additionally, Maxima will arrange and body shop, maintenance work, or regular service that may be required for the vehicle whenever it may be needed.
Maxima will collect and sort your mail that comes while you are not in the home. We can scan copies of what is delivered or repackage the items to be delivered to the address of your choice.
Vendor Meetings
Maxima will meet with any vendors you need to provide access to the home to such as a furniture delivery or your Boat Captainwith Maximas quality Second Home Management.
Repairs, Maintenance, and Renovations
Maxima is a full-service property management company which means we also provide property maintenance services. Our hand-picked maintenance and repair technicians have the knowledge and skills to do everything, from minor repair to a complete property renovation projects. We also have an emergency that is manned 24/7. In addition, we offer janitorial services to maintain the grounds and overall appearance of the property.
