Maxima Property Management provides daily management of our client’s property, including but not limited to property maintenance, tenant procurement, monthly rent collections, inspections, and tax requirements. We provide top of the line customer service to not only our clients, but their tenants that will be staying at their property to ensure both will be satisfied with our professionalism and craft.

We do not only all the front-end processing for our clients as part of our South Florida Property Management package, but we also do thorough tenant screenings for our clients. The process begins by checking to see if tenants have any sort of criminal records, previous evictions, and a financial pull of their credit history. Then we ensure and verify the tenant through their rental history, job history and finally their income from bank statements, tax returns, and paystubs.

After we take care of screenings, and your tenants have made their way into their new property, we setup our top of the line property management software to create a ledger for tenants’ history on their stay. We allow tenants to pay online through our tenant portal available at our leasing offices.

For the property owners themselves, we assure them that repairs, maintenance and any renovations will be taken care of through our maintenance division here at Maxima Property Management. Our entire Maintenance Division is a hand-picked group of certified and licensed technicians that that have the knowledge and skills to perform all minor and major repairs and renovations on your property.

If tenants or owners ever have any requests, we have a tenant emergency hotline open 24/7. In addition to that we have janitorial services show up on site to maintain grounds and overall appearance of the property. Along with all that we provide plans and judgements to all our South Florida Property Management services.
