Vehicle management is fundamental to all homeowners who leave their vehicles in our care when they leave us with their second home. With unpredictable climate changes and weather in South Florida, taking care of a vehicle on a property can be a major subject when it comes to protecting the vehicle. Not only that, it’s tough to trust companies or people to take care of your precious vehicle, but don’t fret. We have a licensed selection of vehicle maintenance workers and certified drivers that will take a charge in:
* Keeping the vehicle running to ensure it stays in optimal condition and keeping the engine in great condition.
* Upon our client’s request, we handle washing, vacuuming, and general cleaning
* Arrange body shop work, maintenance work, or any other regular service whenever needed to keep the vehicle in optimal shape.
The South Florida Second Home Management division will also process and take care of all mail related services for our clients through gathering, organizing, sorting and delivering mail from their seconds home to a location or address of their choice, as soon as possible and upon request.
Repairs, Maintenance, and Renovations
Our South Florida Property Management team contains a fully certified and licensed team of janitors, technicians, and utility home workers that work around the clock, 24/7 to handle any property renovation project or all other home maintenance. We also have an emergency line moving around to deal with all issues that may arise in our client’s home.
